Un altro G8 a Genova; ma le cose successe nel lontano 2001 hanno insegnato molto: non ci sono piu’ gli otto capi di stato, ma otto computer comandati direttamente dalle multinazionali. Il summit deve cercare una
soluzione per la sovrappopolazione e la fame del mondo: si decide di inviare nel terzo mondo farmaci per favorire il propagarsi e la mortalita’ dell’AIDS.
Inoltre si deve eliminare la dissidenza interna: i no-global vengono fatti entrare nella “Zona Rossa”, una cupula di plexyglass li imprigiona e una nuvola di gas li uccide.
